    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 T. melted butter

    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 t. vanilla



Oven to 400 degrees
Whisk dry
In separate bowl, mix wet. Add dry to wet.
Put into large tube/bag and pipe into donut molds after spraying with non-stick spray.
Bake for 4-6 minutes. Let cool slightly before popping out of molds.

Serving Size: 12 mini donuts
