Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey (90% lean)
    1/4 cup shredded low fat cheddar
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1 cup low fat cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 cup liquid egg substitute
    1/2 cup quick oats
    6 slices whole wheat bread
    cooking spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray a 12 tin muffin tin with cooking spray. Cut bread in half and place half a slice in each muffin cup.
Put all other ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Fill bread cups with meat mixture. Bake for 30-45mins or until the meat is done.
Enjoy warm or cold.
