    1/2 lb ground beef
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1 med onion chopped
    2 stalks celery
    1 carrot
    28 oz. crushed tomatoes
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can navy beans
    1 tbsp parsley
    1 tbsp oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    32 oz. beef broth
    water so it can cook down


brown beef
saute veggies
add rest (except pasta) and simmer for a while
cook pasta separately, add at end
