    6 C White Whole Wheat Flour
    Yeast 2.25 tsp
    Vitamin C (500 mg) crushed
    1 C Milk
    1 C Water
    1/4 C Honey
    1/3 C oil


mix all dry ingredients also add vitamin c 500 mg ( helps with the rising); then warm up the milk, water and honey in the microwave; not scalding hot; hot enough that you can put your finger in it and withstand the heat (less than 40 secs in microwave). Then add the liquids to dry ingredients, add the oil, mix it in the mixer or by hand. Knead it until soft dough; add flour as needed so is not too sticky. Let it rise for 45 min. Then split the dough in two after has risen. Then place the dough in the bread pan (greased) let it rise for 30 to 45 min. then put it in the oven at 350 degrees F. for 30 min.

Serving Size: makes 2 loves of bread/ 14 slices per loaf/28
