Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 Dajeerling Tea Bags
    3C Fresh Spring Water
    1/2 c Fresh Mint leaves
    1 Lemon, sliced
    1 c Kentucky Bourbon
    Splenda or sugar substitue
    Crushed ice
    Garnish: Fresh mint sprigs

Directions

Bring 3 cups of fresh spring water to a boil. Add tea bags. Remove from heat, cover and steep for 5 minutes.
Chill in the refrigerator until it is cold and you are ready to use it.

Place the mint, and lemon in a 2 quart pitcher. Crush the mint and lemon to release the oils and flavors with a wooden spoon.

Add the cold tea and bourbon. Add sugar substiture to your own taste.

Stir. Serve over crushed ice in tall glasses with a sprig of mint for garnish.
