    1 C steel cut oats
    1 C water
    2 bananas
    1 TBS brown sugar
    4 tsp chopped walnuts
    1/4 C skim milk
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp butter


Boil water and salt. Add oats to boiling water. Simmer on low for 30 minutes until desired consistency. Combine mashed bananas, butter, sugar. Add to cooked oatmeal along with milk. Mix and serve.
