Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    *Smart Balance 50/50 butter stick, 2 tbsp
    *King Arthur All Purpose Flour, 2 cup
    *White Whole Wheat Flour, King Arthur, 1.5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Granulated Sugar, .25 cup
    Salt, 1.25 tsp
    Yeast, bakers, .5 ounce - 1 tbl

    3/4 to 1 cup warm water



Directions

Mix. Let rise for 1 hour.
Make bun. Rise for 1 hour.
Bake 375 for 15 - 18 minutes.
