    4 med potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
    1 lb mild ground italian sausage
    4 tbsp margarine
    4 tbsp flour
    2 cup skim milk


Boil potatoes until tender and drain. Brown italian sausage and drain grease. Mix with potatatoes, careful not to break the potatoes chunks.

In separate sauce pan:
Melt the butter on low heat. Stir in flour. Pour milk in all at once. Cook fast until boiling and thickens. Stirring constantly. Pour over potatoes and sausage.

Makes 4 1cup servings
