Ingredients

    1 package of Velveeta cheese
    1 C 2% Milk
    1 Box of elbow Macaroni
    Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions

Cook Macaroni as said on box. Just boil water and add the noodles to it.
*Pour Milk into a sauce pan and heat on medium.
*As that is heating you cut the Velveeta up into cubes and add them to the heated milk slowly.
*Wait for most of the cubes to dissolve before adding more and remember to keep stirring.
*When all the cheese is melted turn the heat off. By this time the noodles should be done, drained and put into an oven safe dish.
*Pour the cheese over the noodles and mix well.
*If you choose to add cheddar cheese over the top, sprinkle it over until the top is evenly covered.
*Cover with tinfoil and bake in the oven at 350 for about 20 min or until the cheese is melted over the top.
(I like my cheese to be a little closer to crispy on the top than most people do.)

Serving Size: Makes about 10 to 15 servings
