Ingredients

    9 medium apples, peeled, cored approx 1/2inch sliced
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 cup apple cider, no sugar added
    TOPPING--in food processor:
    1 cup quick or regular oats
    1 cup flour
    1 stick frozen butter, cut in pieces

Directions

put apples in baking dish, sprinkle cinnamon, add 1 cup unsweetened apple cider; cover with mixture of oats, flour and butter, food processed to corn mean consistency
Bake at 350 1-1 1/2 hours
