Who doesn't like cheesecake? This is a light version of a delicious favorite. Who doesn't like cheesecake? This is a light version of a delicious favorite.

    1 Keebler Graham Cracker Crust (Reduced Fat)
    1 8oz pkg Neufchatel Cheese
    1 pkg Sugar Free, Fat Free Vanilla Pudding
    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 container Cool Whip Free
    3oz greek yogurt
    1/4 cup light, smooth peanut butter


Mix together all cold ingredients - cheese should be a room temp to make it easier. Warm the peanut butter for 30 seconds in the microwave and either mix in to the cheese for a uniform appearance, or pour the cheese mix into the pie shell and then cut in peanut butter to make a marbled effect.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
