Introduction

Modified 10-17-11 Used one egg, one egg white, 1 cup plus 2% milk, half cabbage and half spinach, parmesean cheese only, about 1/4 cup. Bake in pie plate like quiche. Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, chopped
    egg white, fresh, 2 large
    Swiss Cheese, 1.5 slice shredded (1 oz)
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
    Onion, 1/4 medium slices thinly
    Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika, parsley

Directions

Saute cabbage with onion in sauce pan until tender crisp.
Mix egg, cheeses, milk and spices together.
Pour over cabbage in glas baking dish.
Bake 30 - 35 minutes.

Serving Size: 2 - 2 cup servings
