    3 cups old-fassioned oats
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    4 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp salt
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 cup oil
    1 cup cottage cheese
    2 cups reduced fat mild


Place oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinamon, and salt in mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Stir in remaining ingredients as listed one at a time until mixture resembles a smooth batter. Let batter rest 5 minutes before using. Bake in pre-heated waffle iron.
