    1 10oz. package Frozen Spinach(squeeze dry and chop fine)
    6 oz. Feta Cheese(crumbled)
    1/2 medium onion chopped
    1 medium tomato chopped
    1.5 cups milk(we use 1%)
    3 large eggs
    3/4 cup Bisquick
    1/4 tsp black pepper


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate.
In a medium bowl combine milk, eggs,bisquick and pepper. Set aside.
Combine spinach, onion, tomato and feta cheese and spread across bottom of pie plate. Pour bisquick,milk and egg mix over top.
Bake for 25 - 35 minutes until puffed. Remove from oven and let sit for about 10 minutes before serving

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings, Very good with a salad and/or fruit
