Introduction

A Tasty one dish Chicken, Green Bean and Rice meal. A Tasty one dish Chicken, Green Bean and Rice meal.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup Brown Rice (uncooked)
    2 boneless skinless Chicken Breast
    1 can Green beans drained
    1 sprig Rosemary
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar
    2 1/4 c Water


Directions

Preheat oven to 375
Spray 9x9 casserole
Rinse Rice,
add spices, vinegar, water and Olive oil, stirring together Add Green beans and stir again, placing chicken on top, making sure it is pushed into water , to bottom of dish.
Place dish in oven on cookie sheet, for 40 to 45 min. or until chicken breasts are browned.

Serving Size: 2 - 1.5 c meals
