    1 can chickpeas, mashed
    1 cup cooked brown rice
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1 tsp paprika
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1/4 black pepper
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 garlic clove, mince


Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Form into patties. If needed, add an egg to keep the mixer together. Fry in a lightly oiled pan. Serve on whole wheat buns
