Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    2 - 500g chubs pure pork sausage
    3 - 300g bags of coarse bread cubes
    1 cup carrots, diced or minced in food processor
    1 cup delery, diced or minced in food processor
    1 cup onion, diced or minced in food processor
    5 tbsp poultry seasoning (approx)
    1 cup water (approx)
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix thoroughly with hands, like kneading bread, adding water to soften bread cubes
Makes a 9X13 and an 8X8 pan
Cover with foil and bake at 350F for approximately 1 hour or until pork is cooked

Serving Size: Makes 15 - 2X3 inches pieces
