    6 apples, cored and peeled
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    2 Tbsp flour

    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup wheat flour
    1/2 cup Crisco
    1/2 tsp salt
    7 T water


Combine and toss first four ingredients.

Cut Crisco into flour and salt until Crisco is pea-sized. Add water and mix with a fork.

Roll out dough. Build the pie. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
