    Ground beef, lean, 8 oz (remove)
    *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    *Onion Salt, .25 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 16 tbsp (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 4 tsp packed (remove)
    *Comp. Light Soya Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp (remove)


Combine first six ingredients and form into small meatballs. Bake in oven til done.
Combine last 4 ingredients, add a bit of water and stir.
Place meatballs in 2 quart crockpot, cover with sauce and cook on low for four hours. Recipe adapted from the Canadian Diabetes Association newsletter, 1981.
