Ingredients

    2 - 3 pound pork roast, any cut
    16oz can of tomato sauce
    1 head of cauliflower diced into bite sized chunks
    1 tsp dried oregano
    2 crushed cloves of garlic
    S&P to taste

Directions

add all ingredients to the crock pot and cook about 6 to 8 hrs on low.
