Beans and Rice with Ground Turkey and Rotel Beans and Rice with Ground Turkey and Rotel

Ingredients

    Ground Turkey 3 pounds
    1 Box Minute Rice Brown Rice
    1 10 ox can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
    2 small cans pinto beans, rince with water and drain
    40% less sodium taco season (optional)
    water

Directions

brown turkey meat and rinse with water and drain. Cook rice and add to turkey meat. Drain 10 oz can rotel tomatoes with chilis and add to mixture. Rinse and drain 2 cans of pinto beans and add to mixture. Add water to desired consistancy. I also add three packets of 40% less sodium taco season to the mixture but it packs on the sodium so if you want to reduce the sodium, leave that out and it still has a kick.

Serving Size: makes 8 one cup servings
