    2 Eggs
    1/4 cup Honey
    3/4 cup Applesauce
    1 Tbs Vanilla Extract
    1 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 Tbs Nutmeg
    1 1/4 Tbs Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 Cup Hot Water
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    Oil Cooking Spray


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray muffin tins with Oil or use cup inserts. In a bowl Mix Eggs, Honey, Applesauce, and Vanilla Extract until well blended. Add in Flour and stir. Add in Nutmeg, Cinnamon, and Salt and Stir. In a Separate container mix Hot water with Baking Soda. Add to bowl and stir. Stir in Chips/Nuts/Etc if preferred. Drop batter (approx 2 TBS per Cup) into pregreased muffin tins. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked to your preferance
