    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1 can salmon
    1/4 cup chopped green onions


Slightly beat the egg and mix in bread crumbs. Chop onion. Add onion and salmon to egg mixture. Mix well. Divide into patties. Place in hot skillet and brown each side until crisp.

Serving Size: Makes 4 patties
