    soy sauce 1/4 cup
    beef boulloin 3 tbls
    garlic 3tsp minced
    onions chopped 1 cup
    mushrooms cleaned and quartered
    potatoes 2 diced
    baby carrots chopped 1 cup
    celery 3 stalks chopped
    summer squash 1 cup diced
    peas frozen 1 cup
    olive oil 4 tbls
    beef chuck stew meat 20 oz
    1/4 cup cornstarch to 1 cup water
    venison ground 12 oz


brown meats in oil, remove. saute onions and garlic til translucent, place all ingredients in crock-pot add 1 qt water and let cook on high 6 to 8 hours. hour before serving mix cornstarch with 1 cup water and stir into stew to thicken
