This is a low caloried beef stew that is easy to make. This is a low caloried beef stew that is easy to make.
Number of Servings: 6


    1 lb stew beef
    12 oz. frozen Mixed Vegetables
    2 Tbsp Lawry Seasoning Salt
    1 Tbst garlic powder
    1 tsp Black pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green (bell) pepper, chopped
    3 cups water


Chop stew beef into bite-sized pieces. Add seasonings, onions and green pepper. Add water and cook 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Add frozen mixed vegetables and cook an additional 15 minutes. Serves 6
