Ingredients

    1 tbsp coconut oil

    3/4 cup onion, chopped
    2 cups cooked rice
    400g raw, peeled shrimp

    1 tsp chicken bouillon paste (Better than Bouillon or use powder)
    1 tbsp curry powder (adjust for your taste)

Directions

Melt coconut oil in skillet

Add onions and cook until soft. Add shrimp and cook until no longer pink. Add rice and heat.

Add chicken bouillon and curry powder. Stir until mixed.
