I totally stole this from another site but added a few extra things! I totally stole this from another site but added a few extra things!
Number of Servings: 4


    Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia)
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Canned Chicken, 1 can (5 oz)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    Pepperoncini - 4 peppers,
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    "Great Value" Mustard, Spicy Brown (1 tsp), 3 tsp


Chop all of the ingredients and mix together. I used a gala apple because they are super crunchy and have a great flavor.
I also added a little salt and pepper, and a little paprika (because it tastes good on everything!)
You can make a lettuce wrap, put it on top of a bed of greens or heat up a tortilla to make a little wrap. Enjoy!

Serving Size: I think it will make about 4 one cup servings
