    Self Rising Flour or All Purpose flour and Baking Powder

    Butter Milk

    Oil(just enough to roll the biscuits in)


Pre-heat oven to 350*-400*(depends on your oven, just watch your biscuits)... In a med to large mixing bowl mix flour with buttermilk(and baking powder if using AP flour) until the flour is VERY moist... oil the bottom of a 9X13" pan and put a little more oil in the corner(for rolling your biscuits in)... Put a little flour on your countertop(for kneading your dough)... scoop out a small amount of the dough (flour your hands first and expect your hands to get VERY STICKY with the dough).... Knead a small amount of flour into the dough(just until no longer sticky(the more you handle the dough the TOUGHER you biscuits will be)... roll biscuit in oil and place at other end of pan... continue till all "biscuits" are in pan... allow to set and "rise" about 5 min, then bake for 20-30 min or until golden brown and butter knife comes out clean... This takes some practice, but once you get it down it's FAST, EASY, and I think FUN! :)
