    2 lb. chicken breasts
    1/2 c. Frank's Red Hot Sauce
    1 bell pepper, sliced into at least 8 rounds
    2 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. blue cheese crumbles
    8 small buns, halved


Poach chicken in boiling water till thoroughly cooked (about 12 minutes). Let cool enough to handle; then shred.

Stir shredded chicken, hot sauce, cream cheese, and blue cheese together. If needed, reheat gently so that cheeses melt well. Spoon onto focaccia bread (or bread of similar texture), and top with a slice or two of bell pepper to serve. May keep sandwich filling warm in crockpot (if serving as self-serve party fare).
