I made this for a casserole exchange and everyone loved it! I made this for a casserole exchange and everyone loved it!
Number of Servings: 4


    3/4lb ground turkey
    2 large onions
    1 bag mixed frozen vegetables
    1 Can Crushed Tomatoes
    2 cups prepared mashed potatoes
    Seasonings you like ( I used garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper)


Brown turkey in pan, add onions about halfway through. Than in a large bowl mix frozen veggies, seasonings and crushed tomatoes. Add meat mixture once done browning. stir everything so its well mixed.

in a sprayed 8X8 pan place meat mixture. Spread mashed potatoes over the top. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.

Optional: sprinkle grated cheese on last 5 minutes of baking
