    2 Turkey Cutlets
    1/4 c whole wheat flour
    salt & pepper to taste
    1/2 c. carrot, sliced
    1/4 c. peas
    1/2 c. green beans
    1 c. leeks
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 c. white wine
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tablespoons olive oil


Dredge cutlets in flour, season with salt and pepper. In skillet on medium heat, cook cutlets in oil until golden brown, 3-4 minutes, then flip. Add garlic to skillet while cutlets are cooking. Remove cutlets from skillet, place on plate and cover with foil. Add broth, wine, and veggies to skillet; cook until reduced by 50%. Add cutlets back in skillet, cook until warm.
