Number of Servings: 12


    1,5 cup oat bran
    0,5 cup Splenda
    0.25 cup vanilla protein powder (I use Ise Femme)
    1.25 tbsp baking powder
    0,5 tbsp baking soda
    0,5 tbsp cinnamon
    3 egg whites
    1 cup mashed riped bananas
    0,5 unsweetened applesauce


Preheat oven at 400F.
Vaporize PAM in a muffins pan (or use muffin papers).
In a large bowl, mix oat bran, Splenda, vanilla protein powder, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
In an other bowl, mix egg whites, bananas and apple sauce.
Mix both preparation together and pus in muffins pan.
Bake at 400F for 15 minutes (+ ou -).

Serving Size: Makes 12 regular muffins (or 18 mini-muffins)
