Ingredients

    Fage 0% - a type of greek yogurt.
    SF FF instant jello cheesecake mix

Directions

Just mix both ingredients together until smooth. Can add a little skim milk to thin to pudding consistency if desired. Can also add flavor or add ins (strawberry pieces, raspberry syrup, etc) as desired.

Serving Size: 1 serving is 2 ounces or 1/4 of a cup
