    1 and ½ cups warm water
    1 package rapid rising yeast
    1 tablespoon sugar
    3 cups flour
    1 tablespoon each of basil, oregano and thyme
    1 teaspoon salt
    Olive oil
    Parmesan cheese


In a small bowl dissolve sugar in the warm water and sprinkle yeast over top. Let sit for ten minutes.

In a larger bowl combine four herbs and salt. Mix. Add the yeast mixture and stir. Turn out onto generously floured surface. Dough will be sticking. Knead for 8-10 minutes adding more dough if necessary.

Place dough in greased bowl, cover and let sit until double. This should take about 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375. Turn dough out onto greased baking pan. I do this by turning bowl over and placing my hand on the top of the dough and place dough onto baking pan. Whatever shape the dough takes is the shape it stays. Brush a small amount of olive oil over dough and sprinkle basil and parmesan cheese over top.

Bake for 25 – 30 minutes.
