Ingredients

    4 no cook lasagne noodles
    1 package frozen chopped spinach
    2 cups Classico Tomato and Basil pasta sauce
    equivalent of one patty of italian sausage (about 1/4 link)
    1 1/2 cups part skim ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup shredded part skim mozzarella
    1 egg
    2 TBS parmesan

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375.

2. thaw spinach and wring out in dish towels. Squeeze out ALL excess moisture.

3. Saute sausage and then add to the pasta sauce.

4. Mix together spinach, ricotta, egg and 1/4 cup mozzarella

5. spray 8X8 baking dish with olive oil cooking spray. Place 3/4 cup pasta sauce on the bottom of the dish. Place two lasagna noodles over that. Place ricotta filling over the noodles. Place 1/2 cup pasta sauce over the ricotta. Place the last two noodles over the sauce. Pour the last 3/4 cup of pasta sauce over the noodles and spread evenly. Cover with foil. Reserve the rest of the mozzarella and the parmesan.

6. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Remove foil. Sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella and the parmesan. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes more, until lasagna is bubbly and cheese is melted.

7. Take the lasagna out of the oven and let it rest for 10 - 15 minutes. Serve.
