Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    * Garlic, 2 cloves
    * Turmeric, ground, .3 tsp
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, .4 tsp
    * Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    * *Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepper
    * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    * Beans, black, 125 grams (dry not canned)
    * Water
    * Ajwain seeds, .25 tsp (can be found in any
    Indian grocery store)

Directions

Prep-
Get all your ingredients together.

Cook-
In a pot add the Beans and all the spice (use according to your preference. The amounts in the ingredient list are just an estimate.) Add the oil and the Ajwain seeds. Add water and start to cook. First bring to boil and then turn down the stove to medium heat and let simmer until beans are done.
