    Small tortilla
    1 – 15 ounce black beans rinsed, drained and slightly mashed
    ½ cup chopped green pepper
    2 tablespoon snipped fresh cilantro
    1/3 cup mayo
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    lettuce leaf


Combine black beans, sweet pepper and cilantro. Stir in mayo and lime juice. Spread over tortilla and top with lettuce leaf. Roll up.
