Ingredients

    1 15 oz can dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 15 oz can petite diced tomatoes, drained
    2 c. instant brown rice, prepared
    1 c salsa
    4 oz 2% shredded sharp cheddar

Directions

Prepare brown rice as directed on package. Add rinsed and drained kidney beans, drained tomatoes, and salsa to the pan and heat through. Add cheese and stir until melted.
