Introduction

I used a variety of Pork, because that is what I had, but it will work with just the shoulder or sirlion roast. I used a variety of Pork, because that is what I had, but it will work with just the shoulder or sirlion roast.

Ingredients

    4 lb Pork Shoulder Roast
    2 lb Pork Sirloin Roast
    2 TBS Kirkland Sweet Mesquite Seasoning
    20 oz Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbeque Sauce

Directions

Place Roasts into a slow cooker and season with Sweet Mesquite Seasoning. Cook for 4 hours on high. Add Barbeque Sauce and cook for additional 4 hours. Shred meat and serve on favorite bun.
