    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 6 tbsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Oats, 1 1/4 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    *Imperial Stick Margarine, 6 tbsp
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1/3 cup
    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, 2/3 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1/4 cup
    *Splenda Granular for Baking, 1/4 cup


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flours, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and oats and set aside. In mixer bowl mix margarine with Splenda and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until light. Slowing add cocoa-oats mixture, mixing until well-blended. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Remove to racks to cool.

Makes 3 dozen cookies
