Ingredients

    1 package barilla lasagne no boil noodles
    1 jar heart smart prego traditional marinara
    1 zucchini - stripped
    1 yellow squash - stripped
    1 red bell pepper - stripped
    3 roma tomatoes sliced
    3 cups spinach
    1 8oz bag albertsons six cheese italian blend
    1 cup shredded carrots

Directions

in large casserole dish layer: small amount of sauce, then layer noodles, veggies, marinara, noodles, veggies, top with remaining marinara and cheese. Bake covered by foil in oven at 375 for 50 minutes. remove foil for last few minutes until cheese is bubbly.
