A great side dish! A great side dish!
Number of Servings: 2


    1 bunch of fresh broccoli - cut to into flowerets
    1 small onion - roughly chopped
    2 carrots - peeled and cut into strips
    2 T olive oil
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    (I like Garlic salt and Asian Seasoning)


Place veggies on a baking dish and add the olive oil and seasonings and mix well. (I often will put all the ingredients in a ziplock and shake well then put on baking pan).

Bake at 425 for 30 minutes. The veggies will be crisp tender.

Serving Size: Makes appr. 4 1-cup servings
