    Basil, rough ground, 3 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 small finely diced
    Tomato, whole blended, 2 cup


Blend 2 cups of fresh tomatoes in processor with skins on - keep all the fiber. Add finely diced onions, basil, oregano and garlic and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
