Ingredients

*2 cans Rotel tomatoes (found with canned tomatoes)
    *2 large red tomatoes, chopped
    *2 cloves garlic
    *1 bunch cilantro, chopped
    *1-2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    *1 lemon (juice only)
    *2tbsp salt
    *1 med onion, chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on the "chop" speed - careful not to blend too long, or else it will become smooth like a smoothie - you want some chunks. Enjoy!
