    2 tbsp Olive oil
    1 cup tofu
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves choped
    2 tbsp ketchup
    2 tbsp tamari
    1 tbsp mustard
    1/4 cup parsley
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    1/2 cup rolled oat flakes/breadcrumbs
    1 tbsp tahini


-Preheat Oven to 350F/175C/Gas Mark 4

-Oil a nine inch loaf pan with the oil and set aside.

-In food processor, mix together the tofu, onions, garlic, ketchup, tamari, mustard, parsley, pepper, oat flakes/breadcrumbs and tahini until well mixed.

-Press evenly into the pan.

-Bake for 50-60 mins.

-Let cool for 10 mins before removing from the pan.

Serving Size: Makes 4 small servings
