Ingredients

    .25 cup shelled edamame
    .25 cup sun dried tomatoes, julienne cut
    5-6 olives, sliced
    4-5 cloves roasted garlic
    2 oz 2% milk mozzarella, shredded
    1 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 can tomato paste
    1 8" pizza crust

Directions

Spread tomato paste on crust, top with veggies and garlic, then top with cheese. Bake (according to crust instructions) until cheese is melted and starts to brown.
