Introduction

Ingredients

    2 - large Orange Peppers
    3 - small Onions
    light coating of Olive Oil (spray)

Directions

Cut the peppers into strips and set aside. Cut the onions into rings and set them aside as well.
Lightly spray the saute pan with the Olive oil and let it warm up. Once the pan and oil is warm put the peppers and onions into the pan and stir them until the are tender. You may need to lightly spray the pan again so that the peppers and onions don't stick.
