    3 pounds ground beef
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    3T chili powder
    3T ground cumin
    can of sliced mushrooms, drained
    can of sliced olives, drained
    1/2-3/4 cup of water


brown ground beef, drain
add chopped onion and garlic, saute until soft
add tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, spices and water. Bring to boil
simmer 30-45 min
Makes about 6 servings
Serve with grated cheese, sour cream, shredded lettuce, avocado or other toppings
