Ingredients

1 lb flank steak, cut into 1/4" strips
3 cups broccoli florets
1 large red bell pepper
1 medium onion
1.5 tbsp minced fresh ginger
.5 tsp better than bouillon chicken flavor
1/2 cup hot water
2 tbsp orange marmalade
3 tbsp lite soy sauce
1 tbsp Mirin
1/2 tbsp chili paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp canola oil
3 cups brown rice, cooked
Directions
Combine hot water, bouillon, soy sauce, Mirin, chili paste, garlic, vinegar, marmalade and cornstarch in small bowl.
Heat 1 canola tsp oil in wok. Add 1/2 the flank steak. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Reserve to plate. Add another tsp oil and remaining flank steak. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Reserve to plate.
Add 2 tsp sesame oil to wok. Add ginger and stir 20 seconds, til fragrant. Add onion. Stir 30 seconds. Add bell pepper and broccoli. Stir 30 seconds. Add1/4 cup water. Cover and let veggies cook 3 minutes.
Move vegetables to the sides of the wok. Add sauce, stirring 1 to 2 minutes, until slightly thickened. Add reserved beef. Toss to coat. Serve over brown rice.
