Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Egg Noodles, enriched, 12 oz
    Turkey (light meat), 6 cup, chopped or diced
    *Turkey Broth Stock 1c=10cals Homemade
    low fat, low salt pre-seasoned, 10 cup
    *Flour, white, .5 cup
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Oregano ground, .5 tsp
    Croutons, seasoned, 2 cup (optional)

Directions

boil a turkey in a large pot of water with all the spices for 2 hours, this ensures you have the richest possible low fat broth.
strain all the chunkies out of the broth and reserve 10 cups.

in a separate pot boil the noodles in the turkey broth, drain into a pot to reserve broth again, make a nice rich gravy using the half cup of flour and the broth, put noodles, shredded turkey and the gravy all together in a casserole dish, cover with crushed low fat croutons if you would like a bit of a crunch and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
